- The Annex Banquet Facility –

The Annex, a tastefully decorated banquet hall, offers a charming setting for your party, no matter how simple or elaborate your plans.   The hall is made available as an elegant and affordable alternative for family gatherings, parties, music recitals, and reunions.  Catering packages are available through the Annex, or you may choose to make your own catering arrangements.  Liquor and bartenders are also available upon request.

The Annex features a large foyer, spiral staircase, and stained glass skylight in the building lobby.  French doors enter to a brick fireplace, baby grand piano, original beamed ceiling and chestnut moldings.   The Annex seats up to 150 persons, includes a 25 foot bar and a commercial kitchen.  It is centrally located and easily accessible by major highways.  

The Annex banquet facility is available for all your special occasions.  This warm and inviting banquet hall will provide a delightful setting for your affair.  We have all the ingredients to make your party a sure success.

Seats parties of up to 150 

Rental information:

Hall fee for morning, afternoon or weeknight          $350 plus security deposit

Hall fee for weekend evenings (Fri, Sat, Sun)         $700 plus security deposit

A security deposit is required: The amount depends on the time, length and type of party.

General Instructions: The Arts Annex does not have a liquor license and offers rental only.  Renters and their guests must adhere to NJ Alcohol Beverage Control regulations. 

Note: If date is cancelled, refund of Deposit will be made only if the Annex has an alternate party on that date. Refunds are made after Date of Cancelled Affair
